The UFO is a low, wide, saucer-shaped bubbler that is almost impossible to knock over. The flat disc chamber spreads water across a large surface area, so vapour gets plenty of cooling and diffusion without having to travel through a deep column. The result is a smooth, easy draw from a piece that sits close to the table and stays there.

It is the shape we recommend for anyone worried about breaking glass: low centre of gravity, wide base, and a short neck. It is also compact enough to pack into a drawer or a bag when it is not in use.
